http://www.reuters.com/article/reutersEdge/idUSN2832352020080529 What do you think about this? 1. if you get your work done, go home. no need to sit around till 5 p.m. just because those are the working hours 2. do work outside of the office if you could to shorten your time at the office 3. come into the office whenever you want (no such thing as lateness) as long as you get your projects completed on time productivity will increase (as evidenced by the article) and employees will be happier and have more free time. Any thoughts?

I think in a perfect world that's a great scenario, however, you're gonna have those who will screw it up for all of us hard-workers. People will really take advantage of it. I don't see it flying really. A few ruin things for many. ~~Lisa

Well, When you are being paid to work somewhere. You're on the owners clock not you're own. He/she is paying for you're time and that's how it is. Its simple employee/employer contract. The boss pays for you're time and he wants it. Simple
