I am interviewing for investment banking jobs and my latest employment experience is independent DJ work that I did on the side through college. Its completely unrelated to finance, but it is my most recent experience. Should I include it? If so, what would be the best way to word it?

You could put-- Independent Contractor, Music Production Highlight the qualities that you exhibited pertaining to the current position you're seeking. Hope this helps :)

Whether or not you include it depends on what other qualifications you have. If you have previous experience that is related, you may want to leave that job off, or at least put it at the bottom under a heading like "Additional Experience" or "Freelance Experience." Ideally, the qualifications you possess that are most relevant to the job you're applying for should be at the top, whether it's education, training, experience, language skills, certifications, etc. Good luck!
