You could try GURU.COM They have a LOT of one-offs. Like all "consulting" jobs, a lot have a problem and no idea of what they need or what it will take to get it fixed. Some know EXACTLY what they need, but are on a TIGHT budget. I tried using them before, but I have NO experience in writing bids, estimating workload & time, etc... (And they don't do it for You), and there were a LOT of bids on the jobs I was looking at. Plus They want You to bill through THEM, not directly.
