Is there some kind of bias happening against Indians in freelance jobs on the net

Is there some kind of bias happening against Indians in freelance jobs on the net?
These days everywhere I read there are freelance jobs posted for "natives only"! People seem to think that Indians are good only for $.50 or $1 per article and the meaty chunk of the pie goes to natives from America and Europe. I just want to ask one simple question..We are supposed to be in an era of globalization right and the world was called a global village where people were hired on the basis of their talent and not nationality? If the internet belongs to people from America and the Europeans you should really say Indians not allowed!!! What an injustice! Why? Why do Americans feel that only they can live and breathe and the rest of the world is full of insects to be crushed!!!

pari we americans do not believe that the rest of the world are insects that need to be crushed but we don't like it when companies that their headquarters are here in the usa outsource jobs that should stay in the usa and as far as being a world Village wont ever happen mankind can not live in peace with each other because somebody always wants what the other has sorry just a fact of life
